ORDER FORM FOR BLUEPRINTS & SERVICES

The cost for plans of homes shown is $575.00 (this includes shipping & handling) for four complete sets; extra sets are $50.00 each. Optional apartment plans are available (for plans 'B' through 'H' only) for $250.00 for four sets; extra apartment plan sets cost $35.00 each. Once the bank has processed the payment, the plans are shipped immediately.

Blueprints

EACH SET OF BLUEPRINTS CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • Footing, foundation and basement plans.
  • Floor plans in 1/4"=1'0" scale, with framing notes.
  • Roof plan.
  • Front, rear and side elevations.
  • Section drawing(s) through the building.
  • Typical section through footing, foundation, wall, floor, ceiling and roof.
  • Window and door schedules.
  • Schedule of interior finishes and legend of materials.
  • General notes, legends of symbols and abbreviations.

NOTES:

1) Each plan is modified to the extent reflected in the illustrations of the various designs - i.e., for example: certain designs feature a porch or garage, dormers or window types; these will be included on the blueprints exactly as illustrated by design number.

2) Except where plans for separate apartments are ordered, plans for design nos. 2, 9 & 15 will show sloping sites with garages below, as illustrated. Should your site differ, simply instruct your contractor to omit the garage door(s) and substitute a foundation wall in its place.

3) Space has been allotted within each plan to provide for a gas-fired water heater and furnace serving a forced air heating system. Homeowner preferences and local building codes vary widely regarding electrical requirements; thus, these are not included - your general contractor will be able to quickly assist you in making these choices prior to construction.

4)All plans are carefully drawn to comply with industry standards; consult local building officials to determine whether or not any modifications need to be made to conform to local regulations. No part of these materials may be reproduced in any way without the written permission of the author.
